Shipping & Shipping a Return

We generally ship within 1-2 business days of our receipt of an order.

We offer free first class shipping via USPS with all orders over $50.  Expedited shipping is available and rates are calculated at checkout. Transit times exclude Sunday and federal holidays. 

If an order was shipped to the wrong address and is being returned to the sender, please contact us.  We’ll double check that the address it was shipped to matches the address provided to us. If we put the wrong address on a package, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you.  Otherwise, we are happy to resend the package once it is returned to us for $4.00.  

If a package gets lost in transit, we will not be responsible if the tracking information says the package was “delivered,” which means the USPS or other courier service successfully delivered the package to the specified address. 

We cannot reimburse our customers for the shipping costs of returning an item and must deduct the shipping cost from the refund total. 

We ship all of our packages as fast as possible, but depending on the buyer’s location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach them may vary. 

For items over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance We cannot guarantee that we will receive any returned items.

Refunds and Returns

We understand that you may need to return an item. If so, please send your order back along with a receipt or proof of purchase within 30 days of receiving your product(s). After 30 days, we can no longer offer a refund or an exchange. All refunds and returns will be accepted at the sole discretion of the company. Limited to one return per exchange per customer. Only purchases up to $100 qualify for a refund. We do not take returns based on taste.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a notification email. We will also notify you whether or not your refund has been approved.  If so, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically applied to the credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.

Order Cancellations

We cannot cancel a USPS order once it has shipped. If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped, please contact us. We will email a prepaid return label and fully refund you for your order once it has been returned to us.  We can only refund for expedited shipping if the order was not delivered by the estimated date. 

Please ensure your address is correct before proceeding to place your order.  We cannot re-ship orders over the amount of $100 if delivered to an incorrect shipping address. 

If your order is damaged in delivery, contact us within 3 days of delivery.  We can exchange the item for the same item or issue a refund. We reserve the right to ask for proof of damage. If we aren’t notified of defects or damages within the 3 day window, it is understood that the package and products were in good condition upon delivery.
